Shipping Policy

All orders placed through the website will be processed in the order payment is received. Please note that shipping time is additional to processing time. All items are shipped through UPS for a flat fee of $12.40. Once an item has been shipped, Heritage Desktop Brands no longer has control over the package. Please contact UPS with your tracking number with questions and concerns about your package once it has been shipped. HDB will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

HDB is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with UPS shipping

  • International Duties or Customs Charges

Cancellation Policy 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, orders CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled once payment is received. ​

 

Return Policy

Every Desktop Brand is individually handcrafted and is therefore a piece of art work and not a manufactured item. Each brand is personalized and therefore cannot be returned.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE, AND CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF RETURNED. If client wants to return for some reason, please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
